Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Whisk the sugar with the softened butter and add the eggs one by one.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with milk in the microwave. Add it to the sugar-egg mixture.

Mix together the yeast, flour and ground almonds. Peel the apple and cut into thin slices.

Pour the mix into a loaf tin, placing the apple slices between two layers of cake mix. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
