Chocolate tart with apricot jam

Ingredients
- Shortcrust pastry
- 200g ground almonds
- 150g of butter
- 150g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Apricot jam
- 1 bar of dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- flaked almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Line a tin with greaseproof paper and the ready-made pastry. In a bowl, mix the butter into a paste, add the sugar, mix well, stir in the almonds and the egg yolks.
Step 2
Spread onto the pastry and bake for 35 minutes at gas mark 4 (180 °). When the tart is golden brown, take it out the oven and leave to cool.
Step 3
In a saucepan, heat half the jar of jam, stir until it is liquid and spread the jam onto the cold tart and leave to cool.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, mix with the sour cream and spread onto the cooled tart.
Step 5
Toast the almonds and place them on the tart.
