  • 50g mushrooms
  • 1 pot of yoghurt
  • 2 pots of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 pot of oil

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, egg, oil, flour until the dough is smooth. Add herbs.

Step 2

Brown the beef burgers, onions and mushrooms in a hot pan. Mince the beef as finely as possible.

Step 3

Mix the beef into the first mixture. Spoon into ramekins, previously floured.

Step 4

Bake in a hot oven (180 ° C) for 20 minutes.
