Preparation

Step 1

Cut your oranges into very small pieces.

Step 2

Put them in your slow cooker or in a pan and heat for 5 minutes only.

Step 3

Add the sugar and water and mix.

Step 4

Cook about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, over medium heat.

Step 5

When it looks ready, pour into sterilised jam jars.

Step 6

Close and allow to cool before storing in a cool place.
