100 g sugar
100 g flour
1 sachet of bakers yeast
2 eggs
125 g salted butter
5 apples
1 tsp of vanilla flavouring
1 tsp powdered cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel, core and cut the apples into small pieces.

Melt the butter.

Combine sugar, flour and yeast.

Add eggs and butter.

Stir until the mix is smooth.

Add the vanilla and cinnamon and then the apples.

Pour into a cake tin and bake for 40 minutes.

Simple, easy, apple cake!
