Summer salad with butter beans

Remove the stems from the beans and cook in boiling, salted water for several minutes.
Drain the beans and cool quickly under the cold tap.
Put the drained butter beans in a bowl.
Add the cherry tomatoes, the peeled cucumber, chopped into cubes.
Season and add the oil and vinegar.
Garnish with chives and smoked duck. Serve cold!
