- 12 large prawns, peeled
- 100 g of flavoured peanuts
- 1 tbsp fromage frais, or Philadelphia for example
- A few sprigs of coriander
- 1 lime

Step 1
Crush the peanuts. Mix the chopped coriander with cream cheese and cover generously the shelled prawns.
Step 2
Roll the prawns in peanuts and place them on a baking tray at medium heat for a few minutes. Drizzle with lime before serving.
