- 2 packs chocolate fingers
- 150g butter
- 350g icing sugar
- 1-2tsp orange flavouring
- 2tbsp milk
- Large assortment of icing
- Black edible gravel
- Black edible ink pen
Chilli con Carne

Why not try this version of chilli con carne, complete with a secret ingredient!
- 1tbsp oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 heaped tsp hot chilli powder (or 1 level tbsp mild)
- 1tsp paprika
- 1tsp ground cumin
- 500g lean minced beef
- 1 beef stock cube
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- half tsp dried marjoram
- 1tsp sugar
- seasoning
- 2tbsp tomato puree
- 410g red kidney beans
- plain boiled long grain rice
- block of cheese to grate
- (secret ingrediant = 1-2 squares plain chocolate in place of the sugar)

- 8 sausages
- 500g minced beef
- 4 garlic cloves
- small bunch fresh parsley

- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- 2 green chillies
- 1tbsp oil
- half tsp salt
- 1tbsp ground cumin
- 1tbsp ground coriander

- 600g lamb neck fillet
- 4 tomatoes
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 1 cup water
- 100g bag of spinach

- BANANA CAKE:
- 100g butter
- 175g caster sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 lemon zest
- 400g overipe bananas, mashed
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 300g flour
- 2.5tsp baking powder
- OPTIONAL: 4tbsp milk
- strawberry jam
- ICING:
- roll-out icing (yellow)
- CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- 300ml double cream
