I'm Louise; a little on the short side, very much on the silly side (as you can see); but generally an all round lover of life! I’m British born, and live in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. I’m a research psychologist turned cake designer. I love food, and have the hugest sweet tooth – sugar fiend! I bake a lot. I experiment a lot. Sometimes it doesn’t work, but when they do thy end up here. The only thing that sometimes gets in my way, I’m allergic to nuts.
I live in the beautiful Cotswolds, with my husband, Ian.
