Spread fries out in a plate, spread meat around, sprinkle around shredded cheese, add drained black beans
- 2 cups cooked shoestring french fried potatoes
- 8 oz cooked fajita beef or chicken
- 1 T sour creme
- 1 T guacemole
- 1 T salsa
- 1 T pico di gallo
- 1 T feta cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 t hot sauce (your choice)
- 4 oz cooked black beans

Heat the oven to 220ºc / 425ºf / gas mark 7
- Jacket chips:
- 2lb/1kg baking potatoes
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Cheeseburgers:
- 13oz/400g tin of red kidney beans
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3½oz/100g cheddar cheese grated
- 3½oz/100g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- plain flour for dusting
- 1 tbsp oil
