Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a small pan in a double boiler or microwave. On a sheet of greaseproof paper or foil, place small piles of melted chocolate and flatten slightly to make pancakes. Divide evenly the nuts, the diced figs and candied orange peel onto the chocolate pancakes. Press them lightly to make sure they stick to the chocolate. Place them in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
