- 75cl semi skimmed milk
- 45g white sugar
- 45g corn starch
- 3 tbsp orange blossom
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp unsalted pistachios

Preparation
Step 1
- Dillute the corn starch with a bit of milk
- Add to a pan with the rest of the milk and the sugar. Whisk together until the mixture starts to thicken. Don't stop whisking.
- Remove from the heat and add the orange blossom. Mix.
- Add the mixture to little glass pots, leave to cool 10-15 minutes. Keep in fridge.
