  • Meatball:
  • Minced chicken
  • chopped onions
  • breadcrumbs
  • tomato puree
  • crushed garlic
  • fresh mixed herbs
  • black pepper
  • plain flour for dusting
  • oil
  • Tomato sauce:
  • chopped tomatoes
  • vegetable stock
  • chopped onions
  • red pepper
  • chopped carrot
  • tomato puree
  • tomato ketchup
  • fresh mixed herbs

Step 1

Mix all the meatball ingredients, except flour and oil together.

Step 2

Shape them into small meatballs. Roll each meatball lightly with flour.

Step 3

Chill them in the fridge.

Step 4

Cook pasta.

Step 5

Fry meatball in pan over medium heat. Set them aside.

Step 6

Transfer all tomato ingredients into the pan and cook.

Step 7

Add pasta to the sauce.

Step 8

Add in the meatball.
