- Meatball:
- Minced chicken
- chopped onions
- breadcrumbs
- tomato puree
- crushed garlic
- fresh mixed herbs
- black pepper
- plain flour for dusting
- oil
- Tomato sauce:
- chopped tomatoes
- vegetable stock
- chopped onions
- red pepper
- chopped carrot
- tomato puree
- tomato ketchup
- fresh mixed herbs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the meatball ingredients, except flour and oil together.
Step 2
Shape them into small meatballs. Roll each meatball lightly with flour.
Step 3
Chill them in the fridge.
Step 4
Cook pasta.
Step 5
Fry meatball in pan over medium heat. Set them aside.
Step 6
Transfer all tomato ingredients into the pan and cook.
Step 7
Add pasta to the sauce.
Step 8
Add in the meatball.
