Baked pears with a rich chocolate sauce

This has to be one of my all time favorite desserts- no mess, quick to make and relatively cheap. Perfect on a cold winters day.

Ingredients
- 4 x Pears
- 25g Unsalted butter
- 100ml Cream
- 1 bar of quality chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the pears in half and remove the core/ seeds.
Step 2
glaze warm butter over the pears and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the cream and chocolate in a saucepan.
Step 4
Pour over the baked pears and enjoy!
