Ingredients
- 2 x 225ml Maille Green Mustard
- 50g Castor Sugar
- 200ml Warm Water
- 200ml Olive Oil
- Salt

Step 1
Empty the jars in to a measuring jug and then fill one of the jars with the water then close lid and shake, repeat the same process with the water in the second jar
Step 2
Combine the water and mustard with the sugar and then slowly mix in the oil
