Ingredients

  • 200g White Chocolate
  • 400ml cream
  • 200ml milk
  • Drop of vanilla essence
  • 1 sheet of gelatine
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 4 moulds

Preparation

Step 1

Place chocolate in a glass bowl over simmering water and melt, add milk and cream. Add vanilla

Step 2

Place gelatine in a small bowl of water for a few minutes and squeeze.

Step 3

Add chocolate mixture and stir to distribute, Pour in sugar and stir

Step 4

Pour mixture into moulds and refrigerate for 4 hours

Step 5

Dip into hot water and turn out onto a serving plate

Step 6

Serve with fruit coulis
