Ingredients
- 150g smooth dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 150g unsalted butter, cubed
- 200g caster sugar
- 3 medium eggs, beaten
- 50g ground almonds
- 50g self-raising flourIcing sugar, for dusting
- 200g Greek style natural yogurt, to serve
- 1 tablespoon runny honey

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC, fan 160ºC, gas 4.
Step 2
Place the chocolate, butter and sugar in a saucepan over a gentle heat until melted. Doesn't matter if it goes grainy - the sugar granules will melt when baked.
Step 3
Take off the heat and stir in the beaten eggs, ground almonds and the flour.
Step 4
Tip into a 1.5-litre ovenproof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. The pudding should still be gooey inside.
Step 5
Allow the pudding to cool slightly. Mix the yogurt with the honey and serve with the chocolate pudding.
