Raw, high-protein meusli with chocolate nibs.

  • 1 cub raw chocolate nibs
  • 2 cups flaxseed
  • half cup dried cranberries or chopped dates
  • quarter cup sesame seeds
  • 2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup crushed mixed nuts
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • half cup traditional porridge oat
  • 1 tsp salt

Add all the ingredients to a large tupperware box and shake. That's all there is to it!


Have a little fun and add anything you fancy, just put it in a big tupperware box and give it a good shake. Serve with almond milk.
