Pasta with lardons and mushrooms and curry sauce

  • 500 g of pasta
  • 1 pot of creme fraiche
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tin of mushrooms
  • 1 packet of lardons
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder

Step 1

Boil a large pot of salted water. Peel and cut the shallots into thin slices that you will fry in a little oil. Once they are golden add the lardons and mushrooms and leave to fry slowly.

Step 2

Plunge the pasta into boiling water and wait 6-8 minutes (depending on the pasta). Drain and rinse the pasta. Pour the pasta into the pan with the lardons, shallots and mushrooms still on the heat.

Step 3

Add the creme fraiche and curry powder and serve.
