Chicken en croûte with Mustard and potatoes in foil with herbs

Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Score the inside lightly criss-crosses with a small knife.
Add salt, pepper, close the potatoes and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
Place in the oven for about an hour.
Spread generously the mustard on the chicken pieces. Place them in the oven and bake 25 minutes until a the crust is golden brown.
