Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Score the inside lightly criss-crosses with a small knife.
Add salt, pepper, close the potatoes and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
Place in the oven for about an hour.
Step 2
Spread generously the mustard on the chicken pieces. Place them in the oven and bake 25 minutes until a the crust is golden brown.
Step 3
Just before serving, open the potato parcels and mix the inside of the potato with a spoonful of thick fresh cream and chopped herbs.
