Preparation

Step 1

Peel the apples and cut into pieces. Put them in a saucepan with a little sugar and water and cook over low heat. When the apples are cooked, mash them into a compote puree.

Step 2

Mix the yolks with the sugar without whitening the mix. Add the flour, corn flower and baking powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the warm milk and rum. Mix well and incorporate the apple puree.

Step 4

Cut a whole apple into cubes and add to the mixture.

Step 5

Pour into muffin moulds, then lightly press a square of chocolate into each mould.

Step 6

Place in a hot oven (190 degrees) for 20 minutes.
