Preheat the oven to 180 ° c. Wash and grate the courgette without peeling. Crumble the cheese with a fork and mix with courgette. Pepper. I advise you to not add salt, sheep's cheese is already quite salty. Lightly oil a baking tin (I used a rectangular pan 18 x 28). Pour in the courgette/cheese mixture and press down.
Mix the bread crumbs, pine nuts and olive oil and spread all over the courgettes. Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.
