Prosciutto and hot, summer melon with a touch of ice!

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the melon into slices and soak for a few minutes (5 or 10 max) in the port.

Step 2

Roll the slices of melon in the slices of ham.

Step 3

Prick with a skewer the melon / ham roulade.

Step 4

Put on the barbecue and grill like a skewer turning occasionally to cook evenly. The ham should be grilled without becoming too dry. Be careful to not overcook.

Step 5

Arrange on a bed of salad for example, decorate with a scoop of melon sorbet, and put the basil leaf on top of the melon for decoration!

Step 6

Add a dash of olive oil on top of the skewer. Careful not to add too much so the taste of the olive does not mask the taste of the melon.
