Need something stylish in a dash? This is quick and stylish to impress unexpected guests
- ½ carrot, peeled
- 2 radishes, trimmed
- small chunk cucumber
- 3 tbsp full fat soft cheese
- juice ½ lemon or lime
- small handful coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- drizzle of olive oil, to serve (optional)
- bread and butter, to serve

- squeeze lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Greek-style yogurt

- 1 large kumara

- 95g can tuna in spring water, drained
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 red capsicum, diced
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese*

- 1/2 x 400g packet stir-fry vegetables

- 100g udon noodles
- 150g frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon plum sauce
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 125g pork fillet, thinly-sliced diagonally
