Veal tenderloin with dried fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Soak the raisins in warm water. Blanch the tomatoes and peel and dice them. Peel the onions.

Step 2

Cut the tenderloin into pieces not too thick. Brown the meat, add the apricots, onions, diced tomatoes, chopped garlic, add nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the drained raisins and cook for a further 5 minutes.
