- - 2 large onions
- - 200 ml of soya cream
- - 6 to 8 bacon rashers cut very thin
- - Grated cheese

Step 1
Wash and cut about 5-6 cm of chard.
Wash, cut the onions and steam cook with the chard for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile fry the bacon. When the vegetables are cooked, add them to the bacon, mix and cook another 5 minutes. Drizzle with soya cream, mix well and pour into an oven dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. If need be you can grill the dish for a minute or two if you like the cheese browned and slightly crispy.
