- 900 mls Chicken stock and veg stock
- 1 teasp olive oil

Sweat veg, in stages if liked, about 10 mins
Make stock add to pot with seasoning, herbs etc
Bring to boil, simmer 25 mins. Blend & taste to check seasoning.
