- 1 lemon
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 1tsp butter
- cooking spray.

Step 1
zest the lemon and juice it.
Step 2
Combine the flour; sugar; milk; butter; egg a the lemon juice and zest. mix well until a batter.
Step 3
heat a pan on low heat and spray the cooking spray.
Step 4
one the pan is hot spoon in the batter. Once bubble appear on the top of the pan cake the flip it the other way round. you pan cake should be a light golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with cream/fresh fruit/golden syrup.
