- half a chicken stock cube
- half a pint of boiling water
- 1 chicken breast (diced)
- a quarter of onion (diced)
- 1 noodle nest of choice
- seasoning to taste

Preparation
Step 1
make stock by crumbling stock cube into boiling water
Step 2
in large pan add chicken, onion, stock and seasonings
Step 3
bring to boil, cook for 40-45 minutes (or until chicken is tender)
Step 4
In last 10 minutes of soup cooking time, boil noodles as suggested on packet
Step 5
Stir noodles into soup and serve
Seasonings such as basil may be appropriate. If chicken stock is not available, vegetable stock will work just fine.
