Liz's Chocolate Bombe

Ingredients
- Gateaux Chocolate Swiss Roll
- 1/2 pint of cream
- 2 Strawberry yogurts
- Tin of mandarin oranges
- 1 strawberry jelly
- Cointreau
- 2 bars of cooking chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Slice swiss roll very thinly using a sharp knife dipped in cold water. Line a pudding bowl with slices filling in ay gaps
Step 2
Filling: Dissolve jelly in jiuce from mandarins made up to 5floz with water and allow to cool
Step 3
Whip cream, yogurt, cointreau and cooled jelly together. Pour half cream mixture into pudding bowl, add madarin oranges then remainder of mixture
Step 4
Cover top with remaining slices of swiss roll. Cover completely with cling film and allow to set perfectly overnight in fridge. Then turn out onto round plate
Step 5
Melt chocolate and pour over bombe and decorate to taste
To vary you could use fruit cocktail instead of mandarin oranges, different flavour yogurt, jelly to suit individual taste
