- 2oz Dark Chocolate
- 1 Large Can Condensed Milk
- 2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
- 3oz Fondant

Preparation
Step 1
Put the butter, sugar, chocolate, condensed milk and syrup in a large pan and melt gently over a low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved and all is well mixed.
Step 2
Bring to the boil and boil constantly, stirring all the time, until it reaches the 'soft ball' stage. Remove from the heat and mix in the fondant, stirring gently until melted.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 7" square tin and allow to cool. When set cut into cubes. Delicious!
Make sure you boil evenly and don't allow the mixture to burn.
