Step 1
Cook the chard: steam (30 minutes). Can be cooked ahead or even the night before.
Step 2
Cook the brown rice. Can also be cooked ahead or the night before.
Step 3
In a pan, put a little olive oil. Reheat the rice on one side of the pan, and the chard on the other. Pepper.
Once hot, add 10 g of Philadelphia into the rice and 10g of Philadelphia in the Swiss chard giving a great taste to the dish.
Step 4
Take a rectangle and fill with a first layer of rice, then a layer of chard and 10 g of Philadelphia and end with a second layer of rice.
Step 5
Garnish with a dollop of Philadelphia and a little parsley .....
