Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat together the eggs, yogurt and oil in a bowl until you get a smooth paste.
Step 2
Add the flour, sugar and yeast. Beat for about 10 minutes to remove any lumps.
Step 3
Once the dough is smooth, pour into a silicone cake mould, previously moistened.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 4
Leave to cool until warm before eating.
