Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Step 2
Cut the lobsters in half down the middle (obviously they should be already dead...)
Step 3
Add the lemon, pepper and olive oil. Salt.
Step 4
Cut a square of aluminium foil. Lay the lobster halves on the foil without shelling them.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes.
