Make a ball of dough with the flour, softened butter, basil and egg, add a little water if needed to form a smooth ball and not sticky.
Add to the dough the parmesan powder, dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
Knead the dough and give it the shape of a sausage, wrap in cling film and set aside 10 minutes in the freezer.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Remove the pudding from the freezer and cut into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, bake for fifteen minutes at 180 ° C. The shortbread will harden slightly once removed from the oven.
