Ingredients
- For the filling
- - Ginger (fresh or powdered)
- - 50g of pine nuts
- - 5g nuts
- For the dough
- - 100g butter, softened
- - 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- - 90g icing sugar
- - 1 whole egg
- - 120g flour, Organic
- - 30g of almond powder
- - 1 teaspoon of 4 spice mix
- - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- - 2 teaspoons white almond puree

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients with an electric mixer to form a thick batter starting with the butter + icing & vanilla sugar, then the egg, flour and ground almonds. Stir in the pine nuts and ginger and spices with a wooden spoon. Make little balls and place on a baking tray, covered with baking paper, spacing them 2 or 3 cm a part. Flatten with a fork, making them about 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 15 minutes at 170 ° C.
