Step 1
Pressure cook 1 measure of Moong dal with 3 measure of any green colour spinach , Splitted green chillies,little turmeric powder,1.5 measure of water and salt. Saute 1/2 measure of onions in Ghee and add to the cooked Dal-Spinach mixure.Season it with mustard seeds.The curry has to be thick.
