Add a cup of rice and 3 cups of water into the rice cooker.
When the water is boiling, add in the pumpkin.
When the porridge is done, add in the pork.
Add in a pinch of salt and little amount of light soy sauce.
Cook for a few more minutes and serve.
Garnish a few slices of ginger on top of the porridge.
Can add more light soy sauce when served if the porridge is too bland.
