- 1 bag of roasted whole almonds
- 100g butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of chilli powder (According to taste)
- 1 whole clove of garlic (Lightly crushed) Alternatively you could use garlic powder/granules)

Step 1
Heat the butter in a pan and add the garlic, fry the clove (or powder if you chose to use it instead) so that it flavours the butter and remove. (Make sure you don't burn it.)
Step 2
Add the chilli powder and the almonds and mix until coated. Tip out onto kitchen paper and cool before serving.
For a healthier alternative you can substitute the butter with honey!
