Pistachio, Date & Orange salad
- 2 Large Oranges
- 1-2 Tsp Orange Blossom Water
- 6 Dates (remove stones and chop)
- 15g Unsalted Pistachio Nuts (shelled weight)
- 1-2 Tsp Icing Sugar

Cut oranges halfways crossways.
Cut in between all dividing membranes using a small knife and remove all fleshy segments and place in a bowl.
Squeeze out any juice from the orange halves into a bowl. Sprinkle over the orange blossom water and stir gently to mix.
Add the chopped dates to the orange segments and mix gently together. Cover and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Roughly chop the pistachio nuts, sprinkle over the orange and date mixture then serve sprinkled with the icing sugar.
