Pistachio, Date & Orange salad

  • 2 Large Oranges
  • 1-2 Tsp Orange Blossom Water
  • 6 Dates (remove stones and chop)
  • 15g Unsalted Pistachio Nuts (shelled weight)
  • 1-2 Tsp Icing Sugar

Step 1

Cut oranges halfways crossways.
Cut in between all dividing membranes using a small knife and remove all fleshy segments and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Squeeze out any juice from the orange halves into a bowl. Sprinkle over the orange blossom water and stir gently to mix.

Step 3

Add the chopped dates to the orange segments and mix gently together. Cover and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Step 4

Roughly chop the pistachio nuts, sprinkle over the orange and date mixture then serve sprinkled with the icing sugar.
