- 500g button mushrooms
- 1/2 tube garlic puree
- 1/2 French bread roll

Step 1
melt butter in a medium sauce pan then add mushrooms.
Step 2
cook mushrooms until tender drain any excess juice. (toast bread)
Step 3
add garlic puree and mix with a wooden spoon for 1min
Step 4
serve on bread roll
