Ingredients
- 8oz Self Raising Flour
- 3oz Butter or Margarine
- 3oz Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Egg

Preparation
Step 1
Rub flour, Butter and sugar together.
Step 2
Add the egg and milk and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Seperate mixture in to 8-10 balls.
Step 4
Place baking parchment on to a tray.
Place balls even distance apart and push down slightly.
Step 5
Pre heat oven to 200c (fan oven) or gas mark 6/7.
Bake in centre of oven for 15 minutes.
