- bourbon Biscuits
- butter
- some home made fudge (see Fudge recipe)
- white chocolate
- milk chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
make a batch of fudge (as per my fudge recipe)
Step 2
melt butter and crush bourbons and mix together and press into the bottom of a dish, put in fridge to harden
Step 3
whilst fudge mixture is still liquid and hot pour on to prepared base, put in fridge to set
Step 4
when cool and set melt white and milk chocolate separately. pour one type of chocolate on top of fudge layer and then ass the other type of chocolate, with a cocktail stick swirl the chocolate to make a marble pattern. put back in fridge to set.

when cool and set cut into pieces
