Crunchy Oven Fried Chicken
Crunchy delicious chicken - like fried chicken but without the guilt! You wouldn't know it's baked!
- 360gm Chicken Breasts (cut into small slices)
- 80gm Plain Flour
- 70gm Panko
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Dash of Black Pepper
- Wedge of Lemon and some chopped Parsley for garnishing

Pre-Heat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with some parchment paper. Brush a little margarine or butter on to prevent the chicken from sticking.
Season the chicken slices with Paprika, Thyme, Garlic Powder and Black Pepper.
Individually, coat each chicken slice with flour, then dip in the whisked egg and finally roll in the Panko. Place on the baking tray.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown. Serve immediately with your sauce of choice.
