Preparation
Step 1
Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Rehydrate the Chinese mushrooms in a bowl of hot water and chop them. Reserve the water.
Step 3
Put the butter in the saucepan, melt it, add the minced pork, carrots and Chinese mushrooms
Step 4
When the pork is cooked, add the soya sauce and water in which the mushrooms were rehydrated.
Step 5
After cooking the pork, pour through a colander to remove the cooking juices.
Step 6
Prepare a bowl of water and dip in the rice paper for 10 to 15 seconds.
Step 7
Prepare a wet piece of kitchen roll, place the rice paper on it and add a tablespoon of stuffing, then fold it (like a stuffed pancake).
Step 8
Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you run out of stuffing.
Step 9
Plunge the spring rolls in hot oil at 170 ° C until cooked.
