Chicken and courgette tagine

Step 1

Put oil in the tagine or pot. Add the four chicken pieces. Leave to brown.

Step 2

Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes then add the tomato, cut into cubes without the skin and season (salt, pepper, ras el hanout, saffron).

Step 3

Cook for a further 10 minutes and then add a glass of water. Cook for 20 min with the courgettes and potatoes (you can cut them into cubes or cut them lengthwise or sliced)

Step 4

Cook for as long as it takes for the potatoes to then cook and then eat with fresh bread.
