Preparation
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Beat the sugar + yolks (in another bowl), then add the mascarpone and a tablespoon of liqueur.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites and add to the previous mixture.
Step 4
Mix the milk + liqueur (in another bowl).
Step 5
Quickly dip the biscuits in the milk + liqueur mixture.
Step 6
Place the biscuits in the bottom of a baking dish. Make a first layer of biscuits, then add a layer of cream over the biscuits.
Step 7
On the layer of cream, add the fruit in syrup previously soaked and cut.
Step 8
Make another layer of biscuits, cream, and fruit.
Step 9
Decorate with chocolate powder using a sieve, sprinkling, and add chocolate strands (optional) and some whole fruit as decoration.
