Preparation

Step 1

Mix the softened butter and icing sugar in an electric mixer. Stir in the flour in three goes and then a pinch of salt, vanilla essence and maple syrup. The dough will be quite dry but that's normal!

Step 2

Grease and flour a 15cm square tin and pour in the batter. Press down well until thin and smooth. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Once cooked, set aside. In a saucepan, melt the praline over low heat with soya cream. Spread this mixture over the shortbread, leave to cool and cut into squares! Enjoy!
