Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes and the same for the carrots and sweet potatoes. Mince finely the garlic and shallot.

Garnish the rice paper with a tablespoon of filling and roll up tightly ... Keep the equivalent of 3 tablespoons of stuffing (especially vegetables) for the sauce for the spring rolls. To make this sauce, simply blend the vegetables with a little water and hot pepper ... delicious!

Fry the spring rolls in hot olive oil over high heat until all sides are golden brown.
