Step 1
Wash and slice the vegetables into small pieces. Fry in sesame oil. They must remain crispy. Reserve.
Step 2
Cut the lamb into small pieces and fry in sesame oil.
Step 3
Put all the ingredients in a wok. Add chili sauce and wok-fry. Stir.
Step 4
Add the coconut milk, simmer for 5 min. Serve with Chinese noodles. Bon Appetit.
